Re: [dxwg] Does "profile of" require all or some elements? (#802)

I find this area of the document quite confusing, tbh. The vocabulary includes [dct:conformsTo](https://www.w3.org/TR/dx-prof/#Property:conformsTo) as well as [prof:isProfileOf](https://www.w3.org/TR/dx-prof/#Property:isProfileOf). The latter has a range of dct:Standard. I don't see how the prof property has any relation to the dct property, other than a note. The statement under the former is unclear:

> Note that the axiom within this vocabulary that allows the inference that conformance to a profile means conformance to anything it profiles (as per dct:conformsTo)

If prof:profileOf has the same semantics as dct:conformsTo then it isn't clear why both properties are needed. Perhaps that needs to be made clearer.

In addition, I think it would be good to solicit agreement from the folks in this discussion to see if this solves their questions.
