I don't think that a tweet has reliable longevity. It seems to me that the area of the introduction where the namespaces are documented is the place to do this. First, to explain that the purl.org namespaces resolve to the HTML page. Then that access to the RDF/ttl (? is there an RDF/XML version?) via HTTP can be achieved by adding "Accept: application/rdf+xml" and "Accept: text/turtle".
