@bertvannuffelen I see no problem with a). `geosparql:Feature` is pretty general, and I can't see any undesirable entailments. 

On b) I think it works if `geosparql:hasBoundingBox` is a sub-property of `dcterms:spatial`, 
and `dcat:bbox` a sub-property of `geosparql:hasSerialization` .
