After some testing, it seems that "Latest Recommendation" can be switched in "Previous Recommendation" changing the `specStatus: "ED",` into `specStatus: "REC",` see the result at https://raw.githack.com/w3c/dxwg/dcat-issue1182-ric/dcat/index.html However, doing so, recspec returns a new error "Recommendations must have an errata link."
