I think there's a problem with the interpretation of the term 'inherited', which I would understand (and it seems that you do as well) to mean the exact constraint rule applies. This is not consistent with "an object conforming to a profile conforms to all the constraints specified the targets of prof:isProfileOf relations", which if I understand [how to extent dcat](https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/release/dcat-ap-how-extend-dcat-ap), is consistent with the rules presented there, and with the axiom @rob-metalinkage proposed at the top of this issue.
