Conneg P published as WD

Hi all,

ConnegP was published yesterday as a new WD - https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/WD-dx-prof-conneg-20191126/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/WD-dx-prof-conneg-20191126/>

There is a known editorial error with the document: "Latest Recommendation:” is listed in error. Apart from that, which I can’t seem to fix easily by just removing (this prompts a new version which would refer to this version, not March’s as the previous version!) we are ready to go soliciting wider feedback.

I’ll work now with my co-editors to send out notifications about this.

Issues to be addressed in the next PWD/CR etc. are starting now to be added to the 4PWD Milestone list: https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Aprofile-negotiation+milestone%3A4PWD so please tag any new issues for ConnegP with “4PWD”. Not all unresolved issues are yet moved there.
