Another point is also that the text "_rdfs:Literal encoded using the relevant ISO 8601 Date and Time compliant string [DATETIME]_" does not allow the "_plethora of date/time types/value spaces_" of ISO 8601, as it points to DATETIME which refers to https://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime, a W3C Note that proposes to only use a small subset of the options in ISO 8601.
