PROF recommencement - meeting times suggestion

Dear all,

With the freeze on PROF work over, we’d like to recommence PROF meetings to be able to release an 3PWD soon. Before sending out a detailed Doodle poll for times, could I get any suggestions/requests from those likely to attend as to times that suite them? The following are my suggestions:


  1.  24hrs before plenary – 9pm UTC Mondays
  2.  48hrs after plenary – 9pm UTC Thursdays
  3.  1 hr before Conneg – 11am UTC Thursdays
     *   Unless people in the Western part of the USA want to attend!

We may run a meeting in times 2. or 3. since the first is passed already.
