[dxwg] Change name from Profiles Ontology to Profiles Vocabulary (#758)

nicholascar has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg:

Triggered by two feedback comments (Tom Baker and another) a question was posed to DXWG members via the mailing list: "Could DXWG members please express an opinion here at to whether “Profiles Ontology” or “Profiles Vocabulary” or something else is more appropriate for PROF?" (https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dxwg-wg/2019Feb/0259.html) it appears that many members (6+) are in favour of changing the name to Profiles Vocabulary.
