Re: License for DCAT vocabulary?

I had checked https://www.w3.org/ns/dcat.ttl that has no license, but this
is still DCAT 1.

We should probably add the license statement to the DCAT 2 statement too.

Also, how does the namespace redirection works with DCAT2?

We should be pointing to:
https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/blob/gh-pages/dcat/rdf/dcat.ttl
