I have mentioned to @plehegar that the consensus is to supercede version 1, and so we must now decide what text we include in version 1 to indicate this.  https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/SPSD-WebCGM20-20191205/ is an example 

What are your thoughts about what information must be present?
