dr-shorthair has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == foaf:homepage vs. dcat:landingPage == @fellahst pointed out in https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/122#issuecomment-374003819 that `dcat:landingPage` is very similar to `foaf:homepage`. Now we have recognised that `dcat:Catalog` is a sub-class of `dcat:Dataset`, this means that both of these properties are available on a catalog description. What is recommended best practice?
