I think we are "all good" (now we have the profiles ontology as at least one mechanism to publish descriptions) - however its useful to reinforce these expectations in the guidance.) many of these practices relate to deployment: e.g. BP12 The implementation I will do for the OGC will expose as a lightweight XML (not RDF/XML) and JSON-LD - these are general "Linked Data" concerns IMHO - how much should we spell it out in the guidance document?
