The rules for October were never explicit but I'm happy to treat last week as an anomaly due to ambiguity in the emails, and reschedule the rest of the month for the same UTC as we have been running for the last season. I'll be an apology, but the rest of you can go ahead. I'll take care of it in the morning.

Simon, All,

Please note that when we discussed the change of time as a group in the DCAT subgroup teleconference [1], we were assuming that the change will be after the end of October.

I missed your calendar invite last week, and thus the DCAT meeting, as you suggested a new time for us who haven't changed the time yet.

Given that this new time you proposed is 8:30 am in my time zone, I won't be able to make the meeting this week either.
