Re: DCAT team (October schedule)

Simon, All,

Please note that when we discussed the change of time as a group in the 
DCAT subgroup teleconference [1], we were assuming that the change will 
be after the end of October.

I missed your calendar invite last week, and thus the DCAT meeting, as 
you suggested a new time for us who haven't changed the time yet.

Given that this new time you proposed is 8:30 am in my time zone, I 
won't be able to make the meeting this week either.
