We spent most of the meeting discussing the progress towards FPWD. The goal is that we should be able to vote at the meeting in Lyon.

Further we decided to keep the current time slot at 20:00 UTC despite any changes in DST (all seem quite happy!). On 2018-10-24 there will be no telco (TPAC week), so the next meeting is on 2018-11-07.
