Fwd: [dxwg] new commits pushed by agbeltran

For information, this commit refers to the addition of some new text 
describing the changes between FPWD and 2ndPWD, as this is needed for 
publication of the 2nd PWD.

The new text is both on the 2nd PWD branch and in the ED branches in the
