Have you considered dokieli [1]? I’ve never tried it myself so far, but it’s supposed to cover both html and pdf submissions of the same paper. Otherwise, it is formatting hell. The way I've done it in the past was to use OpenOffice to write the article and then use ROCS (a converter service for RASH HTML, http://dasplab.cs.unibo.it/rocs). The converter can generate HTML (using RASH, which is a subset of HTML, https://rash-framework.github.io/). I checked with Silvio (RASH developer) and there are no collaborative writing options supported at the moment. So, if we want to follow this route, we could collaborate on google docs, convert to an OpenOffice version when done, and then convert to HTML. Thanks, Alejandra On 28/11/2018 09:59, Car, Nicholas (L&W, Dutton Park) wrote: Hi Alejandra, I like Overleaf and have created a stub of a doc there which I will send around when I get back to my office. What about an HTML submission: https://2019.eswc-conferences.org/html-submission-guide/? It sounds like a bit more work perhaps. Perhaps also it makes sense for this not to be HTML, given that the Rec doc is? I plan to take most of the content for the paper from the FPWD document with perhaps some additional background and worked examples added in. I'd like to ask all of those of you who have contributed to the ontology document as it is now (Karen, Antoine, Alejandra, Andrea, Simon, Makx and others) if you'd like to contribute to the writing/editing of the paper and thus be listed as an author too. Since substantial edits have gone into the FPWD, I'm happy to assemble the paper early next week and put it to you all for review and minor editing - I don't think we have to re-write the whole thing. Please advise if this method of on-publishing the work is not the best method.
