403 errors was: Re: DCAT Subgroup meeting w/c 29th Oct 2018

In the interest of understanding what went wrong, I thought I would look
at the IRC text file of the profgui meeting. However, that also replies
with a 403. Dave, could you make this file available, please, and once
we can view it can we look together to try to understand where we went
wrong?
