DXWG-DCAT team meeting - proposal to change regular timing

Meeting just completed, see minutes here:

It was proposed to shift the timing of the meeting one hour later which was agreed unanimously by those present.
This will be raised for confirmation/agreement by the full DXWG plenary meeting next week, but potential participants should be advised to expect a change of timing unless there are strong reasons presented by someone who was not present.
