Agenda for Tuesday January 9

This agenda mainly contains planning tasks for DCAT 1.1 and Profiles.
Both of these have FPWD deadlines for the end of March so editors need
to get moving. It would be useful to have:

- project leaders (who will schedule meetings, make sure there is
reporting out from meetings to the group)
- names of participants for each deliverable
- goals and timelines

I'm willing to help shepherd these efforts where that is useful, just
let me know what you need.
