@kcoyle We could create a new property `dcat:datasettype` or something similar, based on the arguments in this discussion. However, there is already existing practice: the EU DCAT-AP specifies the use of `dct:type` with `skos:Concept` and the EU GeoDCAT-AP uses `dct:type` with objects from http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/ResourceType and http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/SpatialDataServiceType, both of which are defined as `skos:ConceptScheme`. If this is wrong practice, those profiles will have to be revised. The question is how easy it will be to convince people that it is necessary -- given that it took us in this group two weeks to get our heads around the issue. -- GitHub Notification of comment by makxdekkers Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/314#issuecomment-417030892 using your GitHub account
