The name we eventually use for the ImplementationResourceDescriptor doesn't _have_ to be the same that we use for the header, particularly given that the scope of the content negotiation is the profile and not the profile implementation (so my former comment about the IANA header wasn't a very clever one...). That said, it of course simplifies the marketing if we can use the same name everywhere.
