Requirement 6.8.1 has not been voted on, as we are waiting for more
detail / clarification on its meaning. Could a note to this effect be
included in the UCR document? It is listed under "Unclassified", but all
other requirements there have been voted on, so the status of this one
needs to be made clear. The spreadsheet is the only record that shows
that it is undecided, and as the numbering has changed, it becomes
difficult to move from one to the other.
