DXWG GitHub permissions

I had an action to investigate the permissions for the Data Exchange WG GitHub repository. See:

I’ve added myself as a “Maintainer". Currently there are 11 people registered as “Members”. The settings for the repository gives all Members rights to read, clone and push to this repository.

The current repository team Members are:  Simon Cox, Peter Winstanley, Alejandra Gonzalez-Beltran, Karen Coyle, Jaroslav Pullmann, Phil Archer, Caroline Burle, Rob Atkinson, Thomas D'haenens and Ixchel Faniel.

If you are member of the Data Exchange WG and want to be added as a member of this repository, please email me with your GitHub account name.
