Re: Provide Access to Subsets - 2 real examples

Newton, Bernadette, and I had a discussion about this the other day. We 
agreed that these sorts of examples are in fact APIs, just built on 
SPARQL. The BP already mentions APIs. We decided to revise the BP to 
cover the case of subsetting via separate file downloads as well.
