ISSUE-167 Re: Language properties - eating one's own dog food

Hi,

I suggest closing ISSUE-167, based on Annette's answer 
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-dwbp-wg/2015Jun/0026.html
ISO-8601 is referred to directly in DCAT spec. This is sufficient, no?
