On ACTION-268: Add intro to daQ in DQV

Hi everyone,

I've just added a couple of lines to have a clean first mention of daQ in the intro for the DQV vocabulary, before the doc starts refering to the daQ constructs later.

Not very impressing, but I thought I'd let the group (especially Jeremy!) have a look before we close the action.
