Sensitive data

All, may I, for the n-th time, voice my uneasiness with BP18 on the right
to privacy? I honestly believe that there is no universal right to privacy.
For example, in some jurisdictions, personal data can, or must be
published, such as income of members of Parliament, people convicted of
crimes, company directorship, and even personal tax returns. The BP as
written only works for certain jurisdictions and certain people. At the
very least, it should mention that there may be legal exceptions to
consider.
