Hi Hadley and Phil,

During the last F2F [3], there was a long discussion about whether or not
to keep the Best Practice 21: Preserve people's right to privacy. As a
result of this discussion, two actions were created Action 164 [1] and
Action 166 [2]. I'd like to ask your help to close these actions before the
next F2F. It is really important that we can reach consensus about this BP
and the the Sensitive section before the publication of the next draft.
