First Complete Draft of BP Document

Hi all,

First of all, we'd like to thank for all contributions on the BP document!

Thanks to a great collaborative work, the first complete version of
the FPWD is available [1]. In this first version, 12 challenges were
addressed, more than 30 BP were proposed and around 25 requirements
were covered.

We made a lot of progress, but we still have a lot do!  We still have
some open issues to be discussed and maybe some new issues might be
raised.

The next step is to review the document and then vote for its
publication on next Friday (23/01).
