Agenda for tomorrow's call — and an extra call next week for the BP doc

Hello all!

The agenda for tomorrow's call is now posted — and is below! Hopefully
this will help us all plan for our meetings.

As you can see, we have a lot to cover, so be ready to roll!

Also, NEXT Friday we will vote to publish the Best Practices doc as a First
Public Working Draft. (That means: It's not perfect, but ready for the
world to have a look.) To get us there:

a) Everyone in the working group needs to read the Best Practices doc
ASAP. You'll be asked to agree, on behalf of your organisation, that it's
ready to see the world. http://w3c.github.io/dwbp/bp.html
b) To prepare for that, we are adding another call next week on Tuesday or
Wednesday to discuss your BP feedback. If you'd like to join the editors
for that, please fill in the times you can do on this doodle poll:
http://doodle.com/giisrg2h8mhc4diw

We've made a huge amount of progress in the past few weeks; I'm excited
that we're nearly there with this BP doc!

Speak to you all tomorrow,

   Hadley
