I was wondering if the requirements R-AccessRealTime
<http://www.w3.org/TR/dwbp-ucr/#R-AccessRealTime> and R-AccessRealTime
<http://www.w3.org/TR/dwbp-ucr/#R-AccessRealTime> could be relevant
requirements for the BP that you proposed (Follow REST principles when
designing APIs). What do you think?
