RE: BP vocabulary section

Hi Antoine,

The flowing are some minor comments on the Data Vocabularies section:

The section on Top Layer, Middle Layer and Bottom Layer approaches to developing vocabularies needs to be better explained. Not sure it is needed as written.

Best Practice 11: Share Vocabularies in an Open Way:

Why: To increase they usage of a data vocabulary and to help better understand the relationship of one data vocabulary to another.
What: Data Vocabularies
Intended Outcome: To have the data vocabulary known and freely available to anyone interested in using it.
Possible Approaches to Implementation: Repositories such as LOV, BioPortal etc

Best Practice 13: Reuse Vocabularies

Why: Because it provides a way to support interoperability and reduces redundancies between vocabularies which helps implementation.

 Best Regards

Eric
