Dataset reuse

While it is still fresh in my mind I wanted to share with you thoughts
potential ways we could go with data reuse.

1) From a lineage PROV-O perspective (forgive my typos:

ex:Reuse rdf:type prov:Activity
ex:Dataset1 rdf:type dcat:Dataset
ex:Dataset rdf:type prov:Entity
ex:Subset rdf:type dcat:Dataset
ex Subset rdf:type prov:Entity

ex:Reuse prov:used ex:Dataset1
ex:Reuse prov:generate ex:Subset


2) From a inter-relationship perpsective DCAT:Catalog and SKOS to depict
the inter-relationships between datasets.
