ACTION-34 Coordinate work with Antione

Hi All,

During todays call we did not make it to the agenda item about the Quality 
and Granularity vocab therefore I'll put in on the list.

Last monday Antoine and I had a face 2 face meeting in Amsterdam, we 
agreed on the next steps and I'll write some mails to the list.
Considering we had the meeting, the action can be closed. ( which is not 
something I was able to do )
