Re: DW WG: First call agenda and presentations

Hello everyone!

I'm Carlos Iglesias, Independent Consultant and Invited Expert in the Group.

During the last years I have been focusing on the design and development of
more than thirty Open Data initiatives at local, regional and national
levels all around the world and in both, public and private areas. That
includes the strategic advisory and technical management of the Open Data
initiative in Spain or the complete redefinition of the ePSIPlatform action
plan.

Former W3C Office staff, I have also more than ten years of experience
planning and developing research, consultancy, education and outreach
projects devoted to make a better use of the Web on fields such as Open
Government, Open Data, Web Accessibility, Mobile Web, Device Independence,
W3C Standards and the Semantic Web.

I am also active member and participant of several global communities and
working groups related to Open Government, Open Data and the Web, such as
the World Wide Web Consortium, the Web Foundation, The Open Knowledge
Foundation, the World Bank community of expert consultants, the ISA
programme for European interoperability solutions or the Open Government
Partnership Open Data working group.

Willing to work with all you in this new exciting group.

All the Best,

 CI.
