RE: Proposal to keep the time schedule of the meetings instead of following USA time zone

Caroline,

If you’re changing to 9am ET, it means central European time will be
15:00 (apart from the second half of March when it will be 14:00).

That time (15:00) is not so good for me.

Makx.

Dear Steve,

my propose is to make the new time 9am ET, beginning on March, 7th.
Since this Friday is too short note to change anything and also it is
not daylight saving time in USA, yet.

I am happy to know that this proposition would work better for you and
Eric Stephen!

Best regards,
Caroline

Dear Caroline,

Good that you have the foresight to think about this. But do you
propose to make the new time 9am ET? Or do you mean we will all adjust
one hour ahead and keep the time to 8am ET in North and South America,
but since Europe won't change to DST until April, their time will be one
hour later?

I can tell you that a 9am ET start will certainly benefit Eric Stephen
and myself when I travel to the West Coast (which is often).

Best Regards,

Steve

Proposal to keep the time schedule of the meetings instead of following
USA time zone

  _____

Dear all,

next week the USA will be an our later because of the daylight saving
time and the meetings are schedule by the USA time zone (Zakim is in
USA).

Said that, and since most of the participants are from South America and

Europe, we would like to propose to change our meetings to an hour
later[1] as well (ultimately we would keep as it is for people that does

not live in USA). Could we discuss it quickly on Friday?

Thank you!
Caroline
