The two ontologies dqv and duv specify
      vann:preferredNamespaceUri "http://www.w3.org/ns/dqv";
without trailing hash.

However, I think it should include trailing hash because the prefixes are
defined with hash, eg
  @prefix <http://www.w3.org/ns/dqv#>.
  @prefix <http://www.w3.org/ns/duv#>.

BTW: It would be great if you open https://github.com/w3c/dwbp/issues for
posting new issues.
