Invitation to 0PN Digital - An International transparency and consent framework

Its my pleasure to invite you to Sept 23 0PN Digital Workshop and the Sept 23 & 24 0PN Source - UnConference & Hackathon,

The Sept 22nd event marks the date of the first enforceable privacy / consent law in North America.   Where we wil be presenting the ANCR Digital Transparency Conformity Assessment, in addition a proposal to launch a regulatory sheme to make consent receipt required for AI,

Hosted from Montreal, this hybrid event introduces Quebec privacy law which simplifies data governance transparency, introduces agent obligations and secondary consent for any legal justification .

The event presaents a regulatory scheme for the Digital Common Wealth, calling for international collaboration and the  Canadian Councils to support a National  Digital Privacy Standard with an international profile.

The event will present the ANCR WG - Digital Transparency Conformity Assessment for Digital Identity Services ,the PII Controller Notice Credential, the first privacy regulated digital identity credential for Data Privacy and Surveillance Operators.

Also, introducing anonymous AUthC - For authorization from consent, instead of  bio-metric authentication.
