Although, I disagree with this statement, we are actually empowered, and as you have for many years presented on how ineffective privacy regulations and standards are, how they will never work, and how we are all un-empowered, I have a much a different view. The privacy law actually assumes us to be empowered and if it were followed I think we would be. - Mark
