"‘Realtime bidding is the biggest data breach ever recorded,’ according to Ryan. “
"Personal data profiles are shared with the system on average 376 times a day in Europe, and approximately 747 times in the US"

Also, curious if anyone else has information on the Ethics or the legality of breached data?

Shouldn’t LLM’s have credentials, proof that the data is consented, usable for purpose of building an LLM?

Also, I am wondering if large scale data breach is what makes up big-data and LLM’s? and if each use of an AI service is a data breach? As people providing a query, and data, is providing a lot of meta-data along with these queries, in addition to creating log-ins and user which create user profiles, and without notice and consent for the use?
