Hi. https://harshp.com/dpv/dpv-gdpr/#properties shows how DPV can specify use of other vocabularies in its specs. The example is regarding use of DCMI for DPIA related concepts. Moving ahead, I will be pushing for establishing such usage recommendations at various levels. For example, dct:title and dct:description for ALL concepts to specify title and descriptions respectively. Same for other DCMI terms. This recommendation will be formally provided as part of the Base vocabulary section https://harshp.com/dpv/dpv/#vocab-base as well as specific contextual interpretations in each section (as the DPIA example shows). For the background on why I ended up with this approach, please see the thread starting from https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/semantic-web/2022Aug/0012.html I tested implementations on the ~5 different approaches from the thread, and the current one (using skos:scopeNote) is what I found to be most simplest to understand and easiest to maintain without eroding the semantics of those terms.
