Re: ODBASE paper - draft

FWIW, just seeing that the namespace http://www.w3.org/ns/dpv-nace# (our minting of URIs for NACE sectors) still seems to be unreferenceable...
Can this still be fixed?

the current data (ttl) version is at
https://github.com/dpvcg/dpv-nace
but there's no separate HTML, so with HTML is should probably refer to the base dpv spec, yes?
