Hello all,

We'd talked a bit about identifiers for authors. Wearing another hat, I
am somewhat tied in to the national education and research networks
(NRENs) in Europe and the US, and this was just posted:

CSC has published a report on a nation-wide deployment of ORCID
identifiers for researchers in Finland:
