NOTE!!!!! Daylight Savings Time change in North America

Group,

We know some of you missed our call this past week due to Europe's change
from Daylight Savings Time to regular winter time.

Tomorrow North America (including the US and Canada) changes as well.  This
should bring the call time for Europeans back to what they expect but will
shift the time for all other countries who do not change this weekend.

Not sure when the call will be?  The following URL will show you the call

As a reminder, Ivan has graciously hand-generated a WG Member-accessible
calendar [1] that should show the meeting time correctly, adjusted for time
