Doodle poll: key format discussion (POLL ENDS on Tuesday call)

The chairs would like to try scheduling a separate, dedicated, one-time,
one-hour call to progress the key formats discussion.  I have created a
Doodle poll [1] where you can choose yes, no, or if-need-be for call
times.  We know that the options listed are particularly bad for Asia
Pacific participants.  So for only a small number of individuals have
really been participating in this discussion.  If you are one of those
people, please fill out this poll.  If you are happy to let others work it
out, this is call is OPTIONAL and you might consider not replying to the
poll.

Deadline: our regular teleconference call occurring in two days, Tuesday 5
Nov. (I guess that's Wednesday for those in APAC).  The goal is to fix the
time and date of the key formats call during the teleconference.
