Thanks, Marcos, I will reach out to WebKit and Mozilla now that the spec,
explainer, and motivation document start to be in an OK enough shape.

Fun fact: I just found
https://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-netinfo-api-20121129/#the-connection-interface,
which looks kind of familiar and which, I swear, I wasn't aware of before
coming up with my proposal. Things have changed significantly in between
2012 and 2021, so the shortcomings that @Mounir Lamouri
<mlamouri@google.com>'s spec brought up no longer hold true.
