Attached are draft minutes from today's teleconference, 14 May 2015. Anssi and I scribed. Please send any corrections to the list.

Our next call is scheduled in two weeks; we will use WebEx instead of Zakim for voice access to that call (separate message to follow).  Please continue discussions on the mailing list and github - we will cancel teleconferences as appropriate.
