[sensors] Relation to REST APIs and W3C Web of Things activities

ClaesNilsson has just created a new issue for
https://github.com/w3c/sensors:

== Relation to REST APIs and W3C Web of Things activities ==
There are ongoing activities in the [W3C Web of Thins Interest
Group](http://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/). A starting point for an
architecture is described in Dave Raggett's [An introduction to
Web of Things
Framework](http://www.w3.org/2015/04/w3c-wot-framework-munich-2015.pdf)
and a proposal for abstract interactions for APIs and Protocol
bindings is
[here](https://github.com/w3c/wot/blob/master/TF-AP/Example_sketch.md).

It is proposed that the DAP work on a generic sensor APi is made in
cooperation with the work in the [W3C Web of Thins Interest
Group](http://www.w3.org/WoT/IG/) on architecture, REST APIs/scripting
mappings , protocol bindings, discovery, security, etc.
